🔧 How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Ingredi AI app
2. Go to Profile > Delete Account
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

If you are unable to access the app, you may also contact us to request deletion manually:

📦 Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

• Account details (email, phone number, login method)
• Health questionnaire responses
• Personal analysis history and AI recommendations
• Subscription status and in-app purchase records (excluding Google Play order history)

🕒 Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for up to 180 days to meet legal, security, or operational requirements, including:

• Customer support communications
• Transaction receipts and refund records
• Records of policy violations (if applicable)
